He’s genuinely kind towards customers, always welcoming, and has a great sense of humour that instantly lifts the mood. Having Hassain in the shop really makes a difference, his energy creates such a positive and comfortable environment, and you actually enjoy being there, not just grabbing a coffee and leaving. "We absolutely loved our visit to Muffin Break in Castle Court Shopping Centre. The ham and cheese croissants with tomato were so tasty — warm, fresh, and exactly what we were craving. And the coffee? Honestly some of the nicest we’ve had in a long time. The seating area was really comfortable and welcoming, making it a lovely place to sit and relax rather than just grab and go. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. We had been searching for a good coffee spot for ages and kept coming up disappointed, so finding this place felt like such a win. We’re so happy we finally found somewhere that ticks all the boxes — great food, great coffee, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!"
